The Ceremonial Cacao Block is a Microdose.nl in-house formulation made from pure cacao and medicinal mushrooms. It is created for ceremonial and intentional use.

The combination of cacao with Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps Sinensis is traditionally used within holistic rituals and moments of focus and reflection.

Medicinal mushrooms have a long history across different cultures. They are known for their adaptogenic nature and their role in balance and resilience.

Pure cacao is naturally rich in antioxidants and minerals and is traditionally associated with the heart and cardiovascular system. Together, cacao and mushrooms form a ceremonial drink suited for mindful use.

Cut the cacao block into small pieces so it dissolves more easily.
Mix per serving with approximately 125 ml of hot water or plant-based milk.

A temperature of around 70°C is warm enough to melt the cacao and comfortable to drink.
Froth the drink using a milk frother, blender or shaker to enhance aroma.
