The Ceremonial Cacao Block is a Microdose.nl in-house formulation made from 100% pure cacao and a carefully selected blend of medicinal mushrooms. It is created specifically for ceremonial and intentional use.

Ceremonial cacao has a long tradition in ritual and reflective practices, where it is used to slow down, bring awareness inward and support a deeper connection with the body and heart. By combining cacao with Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps Sinensis, this cacao block brings together plant and fungal allies that are traditionally valued within holistic contexts.

The composition and dosage of this cacao block are identical to those of the Mushroom Cacao Heart, offering the same familiar formulation in a different ceremonial form.

Cut the cacao block into small pieces so it dissolves more easily.
Use approximately 125 ml of hot water or plant-based milk per serving.

A temperature of around 70°C is warm enough to melt the cacao while remaining comfortable to drink.
Mix or froth the drink using a milk frother, blender or shaker to create a smooth, lightly foamy texture and enhance the aroma.

One cacao block contains approximately 45 grams and is suitable for two standard servings or one larger ceremonial dose.
