Stacking Cordyceps Protocol:

• Microdosing according to the Microdosing Institute protocol (Every other day protocol)
• Cordyceps: 2x daily half a pipette
• Vit. B12: 1x day 1 tablet (1000mcg)

• Follow for 1 month. Then rest for at least 2 weeks.

James Fadiman developed this protocol specifically as a research protocol, with the third day being a 'rest and reflection day'. This one is important to experience the difference from a Microdosing day, this is your baseline.

How do you recognize a vitamin B12 deficiency? 

A vitamin B12 deficiency leads to a form of anemia: macrocytic anemia. Anemia can cause you to suffer from such things as:
